Trip to the ER last night

I did that with Blake at 10 weeks. It was the worst day of my life! I was so scared. I had gone to pick up dinner while my husband was painting the hallway. I got the bag of food and was walking back to the car and I felt like I peed my pants. Just like you, it turned out to be blood. I just knew I was having a miscarriage, but it turned out that it was just a bleed. SO terrifying! Blake was born Jan 12th weighing in at 9lbs 9ozs...he is currently 4mos and weighs 19lbs 9ozs. Obviously, no harm was done, other than taking years off my life and his dad's! The bedrest was actually kind of a nice reprieve from everything I had been doing. 

So sorry this happened to you!   

Thank You!  I'm so glad that everything turned out good for you and you have a healthy baby boy!  I pray nothing like this happens again!  I want an uneventful full-term pregnancy!

Kerri - so glad everything is alright. I wouldn't have been able to wait till morning either. Keeping you and your little one in my thoughts.

Thanks Cathie, that means a lot!  No way was I gonna wait till this morning!  No telling what the stress would have done to the baby or I if I waited.  I'm glad I was reassured last night and could get some rest!

wow - how scary for you. I can't begin to imagine. I am so glad everything is ok now, rest well and try to relax.

Thank You!  Yes, resting!  Very hard to do on such a beautiful weekend with my older 2 kids at their dads!  I would love to go to the lake and walk and watch the people and go to our local Spring Fair tonight to the demo derby, but my butt will be planted at home!  Baby and I are more important right now!

That would have scared the crap out of me! I am so glad to hear you and the LO are ok!

Thank you!  I was very scared!  I'm just glad I was at a friends house that had bleeding issues with her pregnancies and also had a miscarriage......she really helped calm me down!
